Hello. My name is Jim Sampford and I’m the owner of JES Building Services. My passion is for period properties with a modern twist – I love breathing new life into old, characterful buildings using smart new design layouts and technologies. I transformed my own house recently as, while it was a beautiful 18th century cottage, it didn’t quite suit contemporary living. It’s now a bright mix of old and new and a lovely home for my partner Sophie, our daughter Aria, Dolly (our labradoodle) and XXX (our XXX). Oh, and our 10 Gloucester Old Spots Pigs, 8 Gressingham Ducks and 4 Somerset Geese! This website is currently under reconstruction so you might not find everything you’re looking for.
